How does pricing work?

Our collections are priced per person, so each guest will receive a set of favors, plus, we include decor for the entire party to tie everything together. All additional customizable goods and setup solutions are ala carte.

What’s the difference between unbranded and customized?

Unbranded products are ready to go and sold as-is, without any personalization. For a more custom experience, our personalized option lets you choose from one of our semi-customizable logos. Add the guest of honor's name and party location, and we’ll include your custom logo on two party favors, as well as, personalize each water bottle with each guest's name to elevate your event and make your celebration uniquely yours.

Can I request a different color, phrase, or custom logo?

Absolutely! If you have a specific color, phrase, or custom logo in mind, we'd love to collaborate with you. Reach out to us, and we can help bring your unique vision to life by curating a custom party theme tailored to your style!

How long does it take to receive my party collection?

Please allow 3-4 weeks for processing your order. This ensures we carefully curate every detail, so you receive the high-quality party essentials you deserve. While you wait, get ready to celebrate – your unforgettable event is just around the corner!

Is it possible to get my order faster?

We understand that sometimes parties pop up unexpectedly! While our usual processing time is 3-4 weeks, reach out to us directly, and we’ll do our best to accommodate your timeline.

What is your shipping policy?

We only ship directly to your home. Please note that we do not deliver to short-term rental properties, such as Airbnb or hotels. If you choose to ship to one of these locations and the package is lost or damaged, we cannot be held responsible.

It is your responsibility to provide accurate shipping information. We are not liable for delays or losses resulting from incorrect addresses. Once the package has been shipped, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier, and any issues should be addressed directly with them.

Do you accept returns?

We take great pride in the quality of our products. We do not offer returns or exchanges for unwanted products.

However, if you receive a broken or damaged item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We’ll be happy to arrange a replacement for any defective items. To help us process your claim, please provide photos of the damaged item and the packaging.
