How does pricing work?

Our signature collections are priced per person. Each guest receives a curated set of favors, and coordinating decor is included with every collection. Simply order the quantity based on the number of guests attending. For example, if you’re celebrating with 8 guests, order a quantity of 8.

For Custom Party Curation, your final collection is also priced per person once you’ve selected your favors and décor. The one-time $200 creative service fee is separate and covers the design and curation of your custom concepts.

How far in advance should I order?

We recommend placing your order at least 6 weeks before your event for both our signature collections and Custom Party Curation.

If you’re booking Custom Party Curation, the earlier the better. Since your collection is designed from scratch, ordering further in advance allows more time for curation, revisions, approvals, production, and shipping.

How does Custom Party Curation work?

Custom Party Curation begins with a non-refundable $200 creative service fee. This one-time fee covers the time, sourcing, styling, and creative work that goes into designing three fully customized collection options based on your theme, guest count, and budget.

The $200 fee covers the creative curation process, including concept development, sourcing, and styling, and is separate from the cost of any favors, decor, or additional products. Once your concepts are complete, you’ll have the option to select one collection as is or mix and match your favorite elements across all three options before purchasing your final collection.

What’s the difference between unbranded and customized?

Our unbranded collections arrive exactly as shown and do not include any personalization.

Our customized option lets you personalize your collection with one of our semi-custom logos, the guest of honor’s name, and event location. We’ll apply your custom logo to select favors and personalize each water bottle with your guests’ names for an elevated, cohesive look.

Looking for a completely different theme? Our Custom Party Curation service is designed to create a one-of-a-kind collection tailored specifically to your event.

Can I request a completely custom theme?

Absolutely! If you have a specific theme, color palette, or vision in mind that isn’t part of our signature collections, our Custom Party Curation service would be the perfect fit. We’ll source and curate a completely custom collection designed specifically for your celebration.

Do you offer rush orders?

If your event is approaching quickly, reach out before ordering. While our standard processing time is 3 to 4 weeks, we’ll always do our best to accommodate your timeline when possible.

What is your shipping policy?

We ship directly to residential addresses only. We do not ship to Airbnb properties, hotels, or other short-term rentals.

Please double-check your shipping address before placing your order. Once your package has shipped, delivery is the responsibility of the carrier. We are not responsible for delays, lost packages, or deliveries made to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.

What is your return and refund policy?

To ensure the quality and integrity of our products, all sales are final.

This includes our Custom Party Curation service, which is a non-refundable creative service fee.

We do not accept returns or exchanges for unwanted items. If your order arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos of the item and packaging, and we’ll gladly arrange a replacement.
